Shipping & Returns

For Malta Orders/Deliveries Only

Please note that orders placed after 16.00 on working days are processed the following working day to be collected by DHL and from that allow 2-3 working days. You will receive a call from DHL prior to delivery. Orders placed on weekends or on Malta public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Free delivery with DHL for orders over €55 in Malta & Gozo

Orders under €55 - delivery cost will be calculated at checkout.

Orders can be collected from our premises, please contact us first to arrange this.

European Union / Outside of EU Countries

All export orders are managed through DHL. Delivery within Europe typically takes 4-5 working days, while shipments outside of Europe may take up to 10 days. 

For orders delivered outside of Europe, prices are exclusive of Malta VAT. Additionally, DHL will inform you of any extra import duties that may apply.

Delivery on normal working days only and do not include Public Holidays or annual shutdown.
